Story of Putri Junjung Buih

The following is a princess folk tale foaming from South Kalimantan. Once there was the kingdom of Amuntai on the island of Borneo, led by two brothers. Both can divide the tasks well so that there is never a dispute between the two. But both of them have not been blessed with children.

One day the queen was pregnant and gave birth to twins. The news made his brother excited to have children. At that time he found a baby in a river and was named Putri Junjung Buih. The baby can talk and ask for a cloth and blanket to be woven in half a day.

Finally the king made a contest. Those who can do so will be appointed as caregivers. A woman named Ratu Kuripan won the contest. He is not only good at weaving but also has magical powers. Then the queen was appointed to be the caregiver of Princess Junjung Buih.

How to Make Gold fish Naniura(Indonesian food from Tapanuli)


Ingredients:
·       2 kilograms of carp
·       2 handfuls of cayenne pepper and red (mixed)
·       1.5 teaspoons coriander
·       1/2 teasspoons salt
·       5 medium sized turmeric sticks
·       2 handfuls of shallots
·       3 teasspoons andaliman
·       2 cloves of garlic
·       8 pieces of tamarind (lime also allowed)
·       2 bunch of rias

Step How to Make Gold Fish Naniura:
  •                   Clean the carp, remove the scales. Then split 2 goldfish, cut the fillets and separate from the thorns and the head.
  •     Fry briefly all ingredients except salt, tamarind, dressing and andaliman. Then puree all the ingredients with a ulek. Blend manually with a repeat without belender. Because it tastes better when pulverized.
  •           Boil the rias stick until soft. Then ulek, and squeeze to take the water.
  •          Squeeze all tamarind (lime juice may be) and strain it.
  •        After all the spices have been smooth, put it in a container where the fish have been washed clean, then stir with hands until evenly distributed. Add salt. Finally, a taste test. If it is right, then typical Batak naniura fish can be served.

Futsal
Futsal is a ball game played by two teams, each of which has five members. The aim is to get the ball into the opponent's goal, by manipulating the ball with your feet. The History of Futsal
Futsal was popularized in Montevideo, Uruguay in 1930, by Juan Carlos Ceriani. The uniqueness of futsal is gaining attention throughout South America, especially in Brazil. The skills developed in this game can be seen in the world-famous style displayed by Brazilian players outdoors, on a regular sized field. Pele, the famous Brazilian star, for example, developed his talent in futsal. While Brazil continues to be the center of futsal in the world, the game is now played under the protection of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association around the world, from Europe to Central and North America as well as Africa, Asia and Oceania.
The first international match was held in 1965, Paraguay won the first South American Cup. The next six South American Cup struggles were held until 1979, and all the championship titles were wiped out by Brazil. Brazil continued its dominance by winning the first Pan American Cup in 1980 and winning it again in the next race in 1984.
The first Futsal World Championship was held with the help of FIFUSA (before its members joined FIFA in 1989) in Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1982, ending with Brazil in first place. Brazil repeated its victory at the second World Championship in 1985 in Spain, but suffered defeat to Paraguay in the 1988 third World Championship in Australia.
The first international futsal match was held in the US in December 1985, at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California.
