How to Make Gold fish Naniura(Indonesian food from Tapanuli)


Ingredients:
·       2 kilograms of carp
·       2 handfuls of cayenne pepper and red (mixed)
·       1.5 teaspoons coriander
·       1/2 teasspoons salt
·       5 medium sized turmeric sticks
·       2 handfuls of shallots
·       3 teasspoons andaliman
·       2 cloves of garlic
·       8 pieces of tamarind (lime also allowed)
·       2 bunch of rias

Step How to Make Gold Fish Naniura:
  •                   Clean the carp, remove the scales. Then split 2 goldfish, cut the fillets and separate from the thorns and the head.
  •     Fry briefly all ingredients except salt, tamarind, dressing and andaliman. Then puree all the ingredients with a ulek. Blend manually with a repeat without belender. Because it tastes better when pulverized.
  •           Boil the rias stick until soft. Then ulek, and squeeze to take the water.
  •          Squeeze all tamarind (lime juice may be) and strain it.
  •        After all the spices have been smooth, put it in a container where the fish have been washed clean, then stir with hands until evenly distributed. Add salt. Finally, a taste test. If it is right, then typical Batak naniura fish can be served.
